Main Features:
K2560 CNC spiral bevel gear lapping machine is suitable for bevel gear set with orthogonal axes. It can lap the tooth flank efficiently and improve the tooth contact pattern and lower the gear transmission noise. The lapping torque is realized by servomotor, so it is very convenient to change the magnitude of the torque. The configuration of lapping machine is very compact and the action of clamping or loosening work piece is implemented by pneumatic mechanism. In order to prevent the tooth flank and machine component from damage, the tooth meshing is realized by flexible mechanism.
