The YKA3120A is a 2 axes CNC gear hobbing machine developed on the basis of hearvy-duty gear hobbing machine. The CNC axes are: X axis-radial feed motion; Z axis-axial feed motion. The YKA3120M is a 3 axes CNC gear hobbing machine, another is Y axis-tangential feed motion. CNC systems used for both YKA3120A and YKA3120M are from worldwide renowned manufacturers. Both of these two machines are capable of hobbing cylindrical spur and helical gears with plain, crowning and slightly tapered gears, as well as wormwheels, sprockets and splines. The YKA3120A and YKA3120M best suited for automobile, heavy-truck, engineering machinery and Motorcycle industries.

Being of vertical design, the column moves to carry out radial feed motion. The spindle is controlled by frequency converter driven motor which comes from reputed suppliers.
