The 15ton electric locomotive has been developed with the aim of large size tunne, subway and water irrigation constructions and used as a project service equipment. For speed regulation two modes have come to use resistors and IGBT chopper stepless speed regulation.
It has three kind of brake styles such as hand wheel brake, resistor brake, and air brake: through adpoption of V type rubber spring. It can bear the vibration and impact from three directions such as longitudinal, vertical and lateral direction.
