The YKJ3150E and YKJ3180H gear hobbers feature fine style and good rigidity, convenient operating and easy setting-up. They are able to work in a single-square working cycle. Its working accuracy can reach 5-6-7 grade according to the Chinese standard GB10095. 
      With one axis under CNC control while another fitted with an encoder for motion tracking, the machine are considered as quasi 2-axis CNC controlled. Its software has powerful functions like automatic programming, cutter alignment, automatic feeding and resetting when working cycle ends, failure alarming and user-friendly interfaces.
      The machines can be mounted in automobile, tractor, machine tool and dedicated gear manufacturer's factories as well as in the general metal working shops for cutting spur and helical gears with either plain, crowning or tapered teeth. They are capable of teeth end chamfering and modification, and hobbing worm wheels with auto-radial feeding too. Tangential hob head is available for special order to work worm wheels.
