Longitudinal modification is realized through CNC controlling simultaneous X, Z axes, which can offer the Iongidudinal profile required by customers.
Continuous shift grinding: When Y and C axes are simultaneous, grinding is at continous shift state. Since grinding wheel always contacts with new dressed gear face during grinfing, deep cutting grinding (about 0.20mm once) can be carried out, which raises greatly grinding efficiency of the machine.
Automatic CNC dressing of grinding wheel: Worn worm grinding wheel cna automatically be dressed by CNC, Which improves greatly the working effciency and automatic level of the machine.
Excellent allxillary functions: The machine uses electrostatic oil-fog collection, large flow cooling device, centrifugal separator and temperature control for hydraulic oil and coolingoil. The grinding wheel is equipped with on line dynamic balancer.
